Fr BobFr Bob Skelding, our rector, was ordered Deacon on 24 May 1990 after graduating with an M.Div from Trinity College, University of Toronto. He was appointed Assistant to the Dean and Rector of St Paul’s Cathedral in London, Ont. in August 1990. On 29 November,1990 he was made priest. He served at the Cathedral until 1 April 1992 when he took up an appointment to the Parish of St Paul’s Southampton and St John’s Port Elgin. In August 1998 Fr Bob became Associate Priest at Trinity Anglican Church in Cambridge, ON, working in partnership with the Rector of Trinity, The Rev. Canon Bob Grisdale. When Canon Grisdale retired in February 2004, Fr Bob became Priest-in-Charge of Trinity until his appointment to St Jude’s Brantford on 1 January 2005. He has been married to Marie for the past 37 years and they have three children, now all adults. Fr Bob and Marie enjoy travelling, having gone on a Southern Caribbean cruise in February 2006, a week long trip to Paris, France, in July 2006 and they enjoyed 10 days in Israel at the end of March 2008. Fr DanFr Dan Bowyer has served as Assistant Curate at St Jude’s since May of 2006. He came to St Jude’s after both undergraduate and seminary studies at Huron University College in London, Ontario. Dan was ordained a Deacon in May 2006 and a Priest in November 2006. In addition to serving the Church, Dan enjoys cheering on his hometown London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League and occasionally honing his Guitar Hero skills. He can be reached at .

Stephanie Burgoyne began her musical training with private lessons in Piano, Organ and Voice in Fredericton, N.B. obtaining her ARCT in Piano Performance in 1990 from the Royal Conservatory of Toronto. Stephanie further holds the Associateship in Organ Performance from Western Conservatory (now “Conservatory Canada”), the A.R.C.C.O. from the Royal Canadian College of Organists and the “Artist Diploma in Organ Performance” from U.W.O. She has served as Organist and Choirmaster at a number of churches in the Maritimes and in Ontario as well as being accompanist for a variety of Vocal and Instrumental groups. Stephanie currently is the Organist and Minister of Music at St Jude’s Anglican Church, Brantford, Ontario, where she has instituted a semi-annual concert series utilizing the church’s own choir and instrumentalists and has established a weekly noon hour recital series which is held every year in May. TerriTerri Cary has been with St Jude’s since 2006 and can be found at the church from 9-12 noon Monday to Friday. Terri is responsible for the day to day receptionist duties. This includes the weekly bulletin, special bulletins, phones, mail and many other jobs that may appear. She can be reached at .

Walter Birdsell is the caretaker at St Jude’s and can be found at the church regularly and during special celebrations. Along with his many duties at the church, he also enjoys playing guitar with the Praise and Pizza Players.
